11 KEY POINTS THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCES IN A JOB INTERVIEW



Everyone wants to smile after seeing an interview result, but there are some key factors that make the difference;
·      
  • Dress smart
  • Be time conscious (Arrive at least 15minutes before the interview commence).
  • Take along 2copies of your CV
  • Master the art greeting (greet every suspected employee with respect be it old or young especially the receptionist and the secretary).
  • Wear a smile
  • Don’t seat until you are ask to do so
  • Switch off your mobile phone
  • Don’t interrupt your interviewer
  • Have a good exit strategy (say something like “thank you for spending time with me).
