HOW TO FIND A PERFECT JOB, EVEN IF YOU’RE NOT JOB HUNTING

If you understand the principle of planning ahead, you may find this so interesting. How often do you think about preparing for your next job or first job?  Waiting until you’re desperately in need of a job is like studying hard for a course after examination result has been released. The time to start your job is now. It is better to hunt for job when the need is not that pressing than to look for a job when you are under pressure.
Here are some useful tips in searching for job

  1.     Curiosity:  everyone you know that has a job must have a reason for doing that job, so take your time and ask questions. Find out if they derive satisfactions in the work they do because “doing the job you love is loving the job you do”…Salako ayodele. Google search engine will be of great help for your research.
  2.  Proof yourself: there are so many non-work opportunities like religion and civic organisation in which you can proof your service to humanity and value as a potentials employee. Any non-profitable post you are asked to function do it diligently, but in your best and make sure you leave a positive impression because you don’t know who is watching that has the link to that organization who seriously needs to hire an employee with your characteristics.
  3. Be selective: it is not every advert you see that you must send an application notwithstanding the fact that you are in need of a job or you are already employed. You should send your CV to organization that guarantees good working environment and job satisfaction.
  4. Be a solution: use your time to look for shot comings in any organization you want to apply to, make sure they are things the things you won’t notice outside the four walls of the organization that drives you crazy about the organization. create a solution and to consult for those things in the next job interview.
  5. Have a perfect CV: update your CV regularly especially after every additional qualification. Don’t wait until you are in need of a job before you start crafting your CV. Always be at alert, this will help you to prepare for unforeseen circumstances like a job advert you are interested in and you got the information 6hour prior the submission deadline, all you need to do is to make little adjustment if necessary and upload the CV.
