1. Tell me about yourself? (30 seconds answer will be great since most radio advert are not more than 30seconds and the message is always clear).
2. What is your strength or value system? (You should have a brief and concise answer consisting of at most 3 values).
3. What are your weaknesses? (Make sure you are sincere and have a ready-made answer, this will boost your confidence).
4. What is your greatest accomplishment? (Your answer to this is a golden question will stand you out from other candidate).
5. What do you know about our company? (Knowing much about the company gives you the confidence, so do research about the company before the interview).
6. What did you like least about your prior job or if you could change anything about your current or past job, what would that be? (This question is very sensitive).
7. Why did you leave your previous job or why did u want to leave your current job?
8. Where did you see yourself in the next 3-5years from now? Give answers like “Although my initial focus is to work to my full potential in the job am applying for, I would move into a management role in 3-5years. I enjoy supporting other team members, and strive to help others grow”.
9. Will you relocate? (You have the best answer to this question, but never say never).
10. Why should I employ you? this question can be so annoying and it is to put you under stress, but not to worry if it is been asked at the end of an interview is an indication that you make likely be employed, so in 30seconds state the way your strength will be of added advantage to the company. NOTE: avoid answers like;
